Frequently asked questions

How does working with a player start?
As an official FIFA football agent we sign a two-year representation agreement with the player. If we transfer the player within that period, a percentage of the transfer is charged as commission; when we represent a club, the commission is paid by the club at the time of the transfer.

Do you work with players under 18?
Yes. QOLAT Football Agency works with players both over and under 18 and holds the licence for both categories. For minors the process follows FIFA's rules on young players.

Which countries do you transfer to?
Our track record covers Portugal, Kosovo and Azerbaijan; our partner network spans Türkiye, Spain, Germany, Czechia and Poland.

How can a club contact you?
Tell us the position, age, budget and timeline; we deliver a shortlist with video profiles within 5 working days.
