Organisation and management of tournaments, leagues and championships in mini-football, basketball, volleyball and other sports
QOLAT Sport Service organises and manages tournaments, leagues and championships in several sports from start to finish: regulations, registration, venue, referees, medical cover, photo and video, awards. Our aim is not only to run competitions but to make sport accessible and attractive for everyone.

Our regular tournaments
- MARSOL Mini-Football Tournament: an amateur tournament for companies and state bodies, held for five years in partnership with KOBIA, ICMA and Marsol Sports. 32 teams, 8 groups, about two months; matches on Sunday mornings.
- BIZON Student Cup: an annual mini-football tournament with 32 student teams.
- Insurance Companies League: a mini-football tournament for companies in the insurance sector; the 2026 champion was the Central Bank of Azerbaijan team.
- Sport Fest: a large multi-sport festival held at the Baku Water Sports Palace for the last two years, with 500-600 participants each time.
MARSOL Mini-Football Tournament 2026
- Format: cup system, 32 teams in 8 groups of 4; each team plays 3 group matches and the top two advance.
- Dates: registration closes on 30 September 2026, the tournament starts on 15 November 2026.
- Entry fee: 2000 AZN per team.
- Who can take part: amateur teams made up of official employees of companies and state bodies (at least 3 months of employment, "e-gov" certificate). Players from professional leagues are not eligible.
- Prizes: 1st place — 10,000 AZN, trophy, medals and certificates; 2nd place — a stay at Marxal Resort & Spa; 3rd place — valuable gifts.

Venues
Depending on the sport, tournaments take place at arenas across Baku: EGP Arena, Azfar arenas, Shua Sports Complex, AZTU sports hall, the Water Sports Palace and others.

Can you organise a separate tournament for our company?
Yes. We run in-company and inter-sector tournaments to order; you receive a format and quote within 3-5 working days of your request. See Corporate sports games.
How much is the entry fee?
It depends on the sport and the size of the tournament. For the MARSOL Mini-Football Tournament 2026 it is 2000 AZN per team.
