Ernis Yesmagambetov is a football management professional with over 10 years of experience in elite-level football, including leadership roles in the Kazakhstan Premier League and the national federation. He currently serves as a Senior Manager in the International Relations and Strategy Department at the Kazakhstan Football Federation.
Ernis previously served as Director of FC Atyrau, a top-tier club in Kazakhstan, where he was responsible for strategic development, squad building, and club operations.
He holds a Scientific Master's degree in Management and has conducted academic research on the Relative Age Effect in football, focusing on youth development in Kazakhstan and FC Atyrau. His work bridges academic research and practical football operations.
