Throughout his career, he has held key executive roles across top-tier clubs in Uzbekistan, including General Director positions at Bunyodkor FC and Andijan FC, where he delivered strong sporting and financial results.
Mirzaev has a proven track record in driving club growth through strategic sponsorships and partnerships, successfully securing major commercial agreements and facilitating collaborations with organizations across the UAE and South Korea. His expertise also extends to player transfer negotiations and performance optimization, contributing to landmark achievements such as Andijan FC’s best league result in over a decade.
