Stefan Duschek is a FIFA licensed football agent and sports business professional who specialises in player representation and international football relations.
He played a key role in developing the International Federation of Football Agents (IFFA), initially serving as Head of Marketing & Sponsorships and leading partnership and commercial activities. He was appointed President in September 2025. In this position, he is responsible for setting the organisation's strategic direction and strengthening its global network of football agents.
The IFFA represents football agents worldwide, aiming to promote professional standards, collaboration and transparency within the industry while providing its members with a platform for education and exchange.
Prior to specialising in player representation, Stefan gained valuable experience in sports sponsorship and marketing at SPORTFIVE with Hamburger SV in the German Bundesliga, focusing on partnership development and commercial strategy.
Alongside his work within the IFFA, Stefan works as a football agent and intermediary, and he recently co-founded the ASCENT Football Agency with Markus Bröhl. The agency focuses on the individual development of players, supporting them in career decisions, club positioning, and long-term planning.
