Throughout his distinguished career, he has held key leadership roles within the Georgian Football Federation, including Vice President, Executive Committee Member, and Head of Strategic Development. His contributions have played a pivotal role in shaping football development programs and advancing the sport at a national level.
On the international stage, he has been actively involved with both UEFA and FIFA as a Match Delegate and Match Commissioner, demonstrating his expertise in competition management and regulatory standards. Additionally, as a UEFA Grassroots Panel Member and Participation Mentor, he contributes to the growth and accessibility of football across Europe.
His club-level experience includes serving as CEO and Stadium Director of FC Dinamo Tbilisi, as well as co-founding FC Kvartali an innovative grassroots club recognized by UEFA for excellence in club development, community and volunteer engagement.
Academically, he holds prestigious qualifications such as the MESGO Executive Master in Global Sport Governance and the UEFA Certificate in Football Management, complemented by UEFA coaching licenses (C, B, A) and a legal background from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
