Ulian Goga is an experienced football performance coach specializing in the holistic development of players across both elite youth academies and professional environments. With a strong academic foundation, he holds a Master’s degree in Football Coaching from the Faculty of Human Kinetics in collaboration with the Portuguese Football Federation, as well as a postgraduate qualification from the University of Lisbon.
Throughout his career, Goga has been actively involved in high-performance football settings internationally. He has contributed to the development of emerging talents within leading academy systems such as New York City FC, where he played a key role in long-term player preparation. His European experience includes working with Estoril Praia in Portugal, where he supported the implementation of structured conditioning and performance frameworks within youth development programs.
His professional focus lies in performance optimization, injury prevention, and load management, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to maximize player readiness and consistency at the highest level of competition.
In addition to his academy expertise, Goga has also been part of professional team environments, contributing as a fitness coach to enhance competitive performance standards. He currently serves as the Physical Coach of Imishli FK, competing in the Azerbaijani Premier League.
