In the run-up to Football Conference Baku 2025, organizers stressed that the event was not just about football on the pitch, but about football as a professional ecosystem. Leaders behind the conference expressed pride in hosting the first international football discussion forum in Azerbaijan, designed to help build local talent networks and introduce global best practices to the region.
According to QOLAT Sport Service founder Said Baghirov, the platform was created to encourage deeper professional connections and knowledge sharing among agents, club executives, and other football stakeholders — setting a foundation for future editions and broader international collaboration.
